Our
office is available to our patients by phone, e-mail, or fax.
E-mails, Phone messages, and faxes will be answered promptly.
If you are
experiencing an emergent problem or have a clinical question,
inform the receptionist and she will put you in contact with
one of our assistants. They many not be immediately available,
but they return calls promptly. Our dentists do not take phone
calls while they are seeing patients.
If your
question requires personal attention by your dentist, it may be after hours or
the next day before your call is returned. The most
expeditious means of getting your message to the dentist is to
discuss your concerns or requests with the assistant.
